An unexpectedly cozy getaway

The friendly staff, and the room was a perfect retreat after a long day exploring. The rooftop balcony was a good surprise!

The check-in process was a bit confusing, leaving us waiting longer than expected. We also struggled with weak Wi-Fi .

Overall, it's good choice for exploring San Juan attractions. All the staff members are helpful and amiable. Close to the venue you can find highway. Every time in San Juan, I choose this place.

I had a great time lounging in the hot tub on the rooftop and savoring the fresh coffee they served each morning. The sun terrace was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The only downside was a minor noise from the generators, but it didn't ruin my stay. 😊

Staff were attentive and friendly .

The room was filthy with bed bugs, which caused me and my friend to have many bites after just one night. There was no one at the front desk to address our concerns, leaving us frustrated and feeling neglected.

The room was super spacious with a private bathroom and good AC. Loved the kitchenette with a coffee machine, refrigerator, and dining table. The lobby was really nice and clean, and the staff was super friendly. Just a few minutes walk to the beach on a quiet street.
